Irshad Ali Pitafi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a founding director of Grow International, where he leads the firm's advisory practice across Pakistan and the Middle East. Over more than twenty years, he has guided local and multinational organisations at board and senior-management level through the issues that decide whether a business grows or stalls — tax structure, governance, financial strategy, and regulatory exposure.

He currently serves on the boards of listed companies in Pakistan and holds executive leadership training from London Business School. His work is defined less by hours billed than by the outcomes clients can point to afterwards.
